March 06, 2017The Ellsworth Community College men’s basketball team finished off its regular season on Saturday with a 72-61 loss to Iowa Central. The Panthers struggled to score in the first half and went into the break down 35-22.

ECC basketball sweeps Iowa Central
February 06, 2017The Ellsworth Community College men’s and women’s basketball teams took home conference wins this past Saturday when they traveled to Fort Dodge to take on Iowa Central. Both games came down to single digit wins for the the Panthers; the women won 44-40, and the men came out on top 72-69.

Panthers win in overtime over DMACC
January 30, 2017The Ellsworth Community College men’s basketball team came out on top of a close matchup with DMACC this past Saturday, posting a 75-71 overtime win.

Panthers open conference play with a win
January 17, 2017The Panthers started conference play this past Saturday, Jan. 14, with a 84-80 win over Iowa Lakes. ECC was sitting with a 7-7 record going into the game. Although the record is not quite what the Panthers expected, they have made considerable improvements and look to continue conference play with an eye on the conference championship.
