The Ellsworth Community College jumped the border into Minnesota Saturday with a skeleton crew of six guys at the Worthington Open. They came home with no placings and just four wins.

Giles Cowell picked up two of those, one by injury default and the other by 39-second pin against Iowa Lakes' Braden Gissal at 174 to finish 2-2.

Richard Barillas picked up one of the other wins, a forfeit by Iowa Central's Jamey Bruner at 141, leading to a 1-2 day. The last win was at 184 with Kaleb Homan beating Seth Meyer of Ridgewater by 18-0 technical fall to finish 1-2 on the day.
