CRETE, NEBRASKA -- Freshman Nick Koch and sophomore Triston Barncastle had successful days for the ECC men's wrestling team at Saturday's Conner/Oppenheim Doane Invite.  Koch finished in 6th place in the 141 pound weight class, winning 5 of his 6 matches on the day.  He won 2 matches by decision, 1 by a major decision and had two pins.  Barncastle, at 165 pounds, went 4-2 for the tourney, racking up 3 tech falls and one pin.  He also finished 6th.

There were 28 men's teams that competed in the tournament, the majority of them 4-year schools.

The Panthers will take on Rochester Community and Technical College this Saturday night in Minnesota.
