IOWA FALLS, IOWA -- Ellsworth CC got wins from Nathan Lendt and Blake Haub, but dropped a home dual meet to Indian Hills, 45-9, Wednesday night.

The Panthers had to forfeit four of the weights contributing to the lopsided score.

Lendt, a freshman, decisioned IHCC's Jackson Wenberg at 149 pounds for the first ECC victory.  Haub, also a freshman, pinned his Indian Hills opponent, Caleb Collins, in the heavyweight bout.  In the four other matches that were contested, Ellsworth's Martin Santana, Robert Givens, Devan Martin and Jerell Belcher were all defeated.

The Panthers are slated to take on Iowa Central CC in a home dual meet on April 2.
