Coach Tyler Uselton joined the Ellsworth Community College Football coaching staff in Spring 2018 as the Assistant Head Coach/Co-Offensive Coordinator/OL Coach. Before coming to ECC he was the tight ends coach at Coffeyville Community College during the 2016 and 2017 seasons. During his two seasons at Coffeyville, Coach Uselton coached two All-Conference flayers and helped send Mauricio Chio to Missouri State University.

Coach Uselton is a native of Great Bend, KS. He attended high school at Great Bend High School where he was a two-time, first team All-Conference Offensive Lineman. After graduating from high school he played two seasons at Butler Community College in El Dorado, KS where he was a first team All-Jayhawk Conference selection at the offensive guard position.

Following Butler, Coach Uselton received a scholarship to the University of Memphis where he was a two year starter. He started in 13 games at left guard for the Tigers during his junior seasion in 2014. In his two years at Memphis, the Tigers compiled a 19-7 overall record and played int he Miami Beach Bowl in 2014 and the Birmingham Bowl in 2015. He was also named to the American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team.
