IOWA FALLS, IOWA -- The Ellsworth volleyball team lost a home match to Kirkwood CC on Wednesday night with the Eagles winning in straight sets, 25-10, 25-12, 25-20.
The Panthers were led in kills by Audrey Melson with 6 and in digs by Alondra Acevedo with 13. Faith Lobo added 10 digs and Nuria Bravo Santos chalked up 13 assists. ECC had 9 service errors which hurt their chances.
Ellsworth returns to action on Thursday night at home against Dakota County Technical College.
