MARSHALLTOWN, IOWA -- Marshalltown CC won the volleyball matchup between the 2 IVCCD schools on Thursday night, defeating Ellsworth CC in straight sets, 25-17, 25-19, 25-6.

Nuria Bravo Santos just missed a double-double for the Panthers with 11 assists and 9 digs.  Faith Lobo led at the net with 7 kills.  Jada Smith served 2 aces.  

The Panthers return to action at Kirkwood CC next Wednesday night.
