IOWA FALLS, IOWA -- Twelve members of the Ellsworth CC volleyball squad were named to the Academic All-Region teams for the Fall of 2021.  All twelve of the volleyball players earned first-team all-region honors with grade point averages of 3.5 or higher and six had a perfect 4.0 GPA.  A student-athlete's highest GPA was recognized, either their cumulative GPA or their fall semester-only GPA.

ECC volleyball team members on the Academic All-Region first-team are Alondra Acevedo, Emma Rosonke, Gabi Damiano, Haley Forge, Hanna Forge, Katie Winter, Louise Lion, Meghan VanDePol, Nuria Bravo Santos, Sydney Clark, Yani Diaz and Yoliann De Jesus-Tejedor.

The team GPA for the ECC volleyball squad for the fall was 3.51.

In all, 107 Ellsworth student-athletes in seven sports were recognized on the Academic All-Region teams for the Fall of 2021.
