IOWA FALLS, IOWA --Ellsworth Community College sophomores Kaitlyn Baer, Vitoria Kazanovski and Gabi Damiano all earned postseason recognition for their play during the 2021 spring season.  Baer and Kazanovski were both named honorable mention all-conference performers and Damiano and Kazanovski were chosen for the All-Region XI-A second team.  The all-conference squads are selected from all the community college volleyball teams in Iowa and the all-region teams comprise the two separate regions for the Iowa Division II schools.

Baer, an outside hitter, led the Panthers in digs with 262, and added 56 kills, 47 assists and 24 service aces in the '21 campaign.

Kazanovski, the Panthers' setter, recorded a team-leading 558 assists and chipped in 58 kills and she led the squad in aces with 41.

Damiano, also an outside hitter, topped ECC with her 179 kills, an average of 2.84 per set, and was second in digs with 225.  She was also named to the all-tournament that was chosen at the conclusion of the postseason tourney.
