WORTHINGTON, MINNESOTA -- The ECC women's basketball team put together a solid first quarter, trailing nationally-ranked Minnesota West CTC by just 2 points, 18-16, after the opening stanza.  But the hosts got untracked after that and rolled to a 99-45 win against the Panthers Saturday.  The win completed a season sweep for Minnesota West over Ellsworth.

Ashjahnelle Wilson led the Panthers in points and rebounds with 14 and 11, respectively.  Andrea Aragon Garcia added 12 points for ECC, Fabiana Nieves Martinez had 9 and Ingrid Martinez Guillen 8.  

Ellsworth goes to play at Iowa Western next Saturday.  The next home game is Dec. 7 against NIACC.
