IOWA FALLS, IOWA -- North Central Missouri took control early, jumping out to a 31-5 lead after the first quarter and routing Ellsworth CC, 101-36, in women's basketball action at Dittmer Gym Tuesday night.

NCMC was on top, 52-17, at the halftime break the way to a decisive victory.  The Panthers were limited to just 12 field goals and had only 19 rebounds.

The lone double-digit scorer for ECC was Ingrid Martinez Guillen, who scored 13 points and hit 6-of-11 field goal tries.  Ellsworth got 8 points each from Arleen Chanez and Ashjahnelle Wilson.  Wilson led ECC with 5 rebounds.

Next up for the Panther women is a road contest against the Wartburg JV on Sunday.
