BOONE, IOWA -- DMACC picked up an Iowa Community College Athletic Conference victory on Saturday afternoon, besting Ellsworth, 76-39, in women's hoops action.

Teresa Paulsen had a solid performance for ECC with a double-double -- a team-high 13 points and 11 rebounds.  Nine of Paulsen's boards came on the offensive glass.  Alyssa Civitak was the other Ellsworth player in double figures with 10 points.  She also had 3 assists and 3 steals.

The Panthers struggled on the offensive end, hitting only 28 percent of their shots and just 2-of-21 3-pointers.  After tallying only 12 points in the first half, they put up 18 points in the 3rd quarter.

ECC stays on the road for the next game, traveling to Iowa Lakes to take on the Lakers on Wednesday night.  The next home contest is against Southeastern Saturday afternoon.
