IOWA FALLS, IOWA -- A pair of sophomore guards for the Ellsworth Panthers, Ellie Barrows and Keara Williams, were named to the All-Region Third Team by the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference on Monday.

Barrows led ECC in scoring in the 2021 season, averaging 10.6 points per game.  She also topped the squad in 3-pointers with 48 and grabbed an average of 3.0 rebounds per contest.  

Williams' average of 9.8 points was second for the Panthers and she also posted 4.9 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 3.3 steals, leading in assists (87) and steals (70). 

Barrows and Williams were also one-two for Ellsworth in scoring as freshmen, averaging 12.9 and 8.9, respectively.  Barrows drained 82 3s giving her a two-year total of 130 and Williams paced ECC in assists, steals and rebounds a year ago.
