Ellsworth softball outfielder Maddy Harding has been named 2^nd Team Midwest All-Region by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association. One hundred and sixty student-athletes from sixty-six programs have received accolades from the NFCA.

The 2023 NFCA NJCAA Division I & II All-Region awards honor softball student-athletes from the Association's three regions in both DI and DII with 1^st team and 2^nd team recognitions. Member coaches from the NFCA's three regions voted on the teams, and now, all honorees are eligible for the 2023 NFCA NJCAA Division I and II All-America squads.

Harding had a fielding percentage of .897 this year for the Panthers, a batting average of .438 with 47 runs, 57 hits, 19 RBIs, 16 stolen bases, 6 home runs, and an on-base percentage of .507.
