IOWA FALLS, IOWA -- Twenty-eight members of the Ellsworth CC baseball squad were named to the Academic All-Region teams for the Fall of 2021.  Fifteen of the baseball players earned first-team honors with grade point averages of 3.5 or higher; 13 had a grade point average between 3.0 and 3.49 and were second-team performers.  A student-athlete's highest GPA was recognized, either their cumulative GPA or their fall semester-only GPA.

The Panther baseball players on the Academic All-Region teams are:

First Team -- Bryce Hall, Charlie Jaeger, Connor Cox, Derihan Suero, Diego Dinzey, Edgar Andujar, Gavin Busby, JT Kostenbauer, Jalen Aguiniga, Javier Melendez, Jonathan Rosado, Kaden Stewart, Kristian Crespo, Logan Smith and Trey Morris

Second Team -- Alexis Ruiz, Cade Armstrong, Daviel Camacho, Elio Narvaez, Fabian Dumey, Jason Moist, Luis Ramirez, Miguel Baez, Nick Chasey, Noah Gallentine, Simon Victoriano, Tate Walker and Zeb Wede

In all, 107 Ellsworth CC student-athletes in seven sports made the Academic All-Region teams for the Fall of 2021.
