  • Two ECC Baseball players earn All-Region Honors

    Ellsworth Community College Panther baseball is proud to announce that two players received DII Iowa Community College Athletic Association Conference (ICCAC) All-Region honors. Catcher Tyrese Mitchell was named First Team All-Region, and Infielder Reed Collins was named Honorable Mention All-Region.

    Ellsworth Community College Panther baseball fell to Allen County Community College and Crowder Community College during their first two games Friday and defeated Allen County Community College in a double header on Saturday.

    Ellsworth Community College baseball player Brodie Smith (Red Wing, MN) has been named Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) Athlete of the Week for his efforts on the field this past weekend when the Panthers traveled to Oklahoma.
  • Successful opening week for the Panther baseball team

    The Ellsworth Community College baseball team opened their season at Paris Junior College in Texas on Saturday, Jan. 26 and Sunday, Jan. 27 going 2-1 for the weekend. Along with the team’s success, Austin Wagner (Fond Du Lac, WI) and Reed Collins (Farmington, MN) received individual honors for their efforts.
  • ECC Baseball annual Lead Off Dinner is Feb. 9

    The public is invited to the Ellsworth Community College baseball team's sixth annual Lead Off Dinner on Saturday, Feb. 9, at 5:30 pm at Highland Golf Club in Iowa Falls. A highlight will be the keynote address from Mike Rooney, ESPN College Baseball Analyst.
  • ECC baseball moves three on to next level

    Ellsworth Community College baseball is proud to announce the signing of three of their sophomores to move on to play at the next level. Austin Wagner (Fond Du Lac, WI) will be transferring to Abilene Christian University and Luis Quinones (Luiza, Puerto Rico) and Antonio Valadez (Milwaukee, WI) will be transferring to Jackson State University.
