IOWA FALLS – The Ellsworth Community College wrestling team won its first two matches today, Friday, Jan. 8, competing in the NWCA Multi-Divisional National Duals in Ft. Wayne, IN.

The Panthers won big in the first match up against Labette Community College, finishing with a team score of 38-4. They then took on Western Wyoming College and came out on top 31-9. The Panthers, ranked #2 in the nation, hope to continue their success as they take on #4 Iowa Central Community College on Saturday, Jan. 9, at 11 am.

The winner of this match up will advance to the Championships, which to take place Saturday at 4:30 pm.
