The Ellsworth Community College Panther wrestlers took home a big win in their first match at duals today, beating #7 Labette 25-15. This was a rematch from earlier in the year when Labette traveled to ECC and won 20-19.

Six out of seven Panther wrestlers won by decision in their matches: DeShun Brown (125), Kevin Cooper (149), Leivon Lewis (157), Matt Hurford (184), Sharod Wilson (197) and Dalonte Holland (Heavy Weight). ECC currently has a wrestler ranked nationally at every weight class.

The Panthers will take on #6 Muskegon Community College later today (Jan. 9); if they win this match they will be done for the day and head straight into semi-finals on Saturday, Jan. 10.
