Shalynn Hanson is from Fort Dodge, Iowa. Shalynn attended Fort Dodge Senior High and graduated in 2017. While enrolled at Fort Dodge Senior High, Shalynn participated in Cheer for 3 years, Color Guard for 3 years, and Dance for 1 year. After high school, Shalynn enrolled at Iowa Central Community College where she danced with the Dance Team for 2 years while studying Social Work. During her time at Iowa Central, she also coached Dance at a Dance Studio in Fort Dodge – the United All-Stars. Shalynn graduated with her AA degree in 2019. Shalynn then continued her education at the University of Northern Iowa with a major in Social Work and a minor in Criminology. While enrolled at UNI, Shalynn cheered for 3 years. During her final year of college, Shalynn spent her time on the Cheer Team student coaching. Shalynn graduated in May of 2022 with her Bachelor’s Degree.
