Ellsworth Community College baseball player Johnathan Fleek was awarded Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) Player of the Week honors for the week of Feb. 22-28.

The Panthers split a four-game series last week against Murray State, with big contributions from Fleek. The middle infielder tallied 15 at bats, picking up a double and one home run on eight hits. He also added two stolen bases, three walks and five RBI's. In the Panthers' 12-10 victory over Murray State he went 3-for-4 at the plate with three runs scored, one home run and three RBI's. He also had 15 put-outs and was error free for the game.
