Ellsworth Community College Panther baseball is proud to announce five players have received NJCAA Division II All-Region honors. Tarran Beasley (Mesa, AZ) was named to the 2nd Team All-Region. Four Panthers received DII Honorable Mention: Cody Collender (Clinton, IA), Arnaldo Matos (Manati, PR), Steven Christopherson (Savage, MN), and Johnathan Fleek (Albert Lea, MN).
Beasley was awarded ICCAC Player of the Week honors three times this season. He had 17 homeruns, 41 runs, 67 RBIs and a .340 batting average for the season.
Collender had a .357 batting average and a .860 fielding percentage. Matos had 13 homeruns this season and a .419 on-base percentage. Christopherson, a pitcher, had 4 saves this season. Fleek had a .326 batting average.
