IOWA FALLS, IOWA -- Ellsworth's Juan Isiordia had a very successful showing for the Panthers wrestling team last week. The freshman went 5-2 in seven matches at 174 pounds. His first match, Isiordia took a 10-1 victory in a dual meet with Iowa Central. At the Grand View Open in Des Moines, Isiordia came back to finish fourth at the event, ending up 4-2 for the day. The first three matches Isiordia won by decision which placed him in the semifinals. There he fell 7-1 to Iowa State's Caleb Helgeson, before coming back to split his final two matches.
