FORT DODGE, IOWA -- A hot-shooting Iowa Central team rolled to a 62-29 lead at intermission and went on to defeat the Ellsworth Panthers, 92-63, in ICCAC women's basketball action Saturday afternoon.

The ranked Tritons nearly matched the Panthers' point total for the game in the first 20 minutes, before ECC hung with ICCC over the final half.

Aaliyah Chambers and Autumn Shull combined for 47 of Ellsworth's 63 points -- Chambers pouring in 29 and Shull adding 18.  Chambers made 12-of-25 shots from the field and Shull was 8-of-17.  Chambers had 6 rebounds and Shull 7.  Hydiyah Robinson led ECC on the glass with 10 rebounds and she had 5 assists.

Going into a 23-day break before their next game, Ellsworth is led in scoring by Chambers at 23.8 points a game and Shull is also averaging in double figures at 10.9.  The Panthers (2-11, 0-4) won't play again until taking on Central-Columbus (Neb.) Jan. 3 at Dittmer Gym.
