WAVERLY, IOWA -- The ECC volleyball team gained its second victory of the season Monday night -- a straight-set win against the Wartburg College junior varsity squad.  The Panthers were winners by scores of 25-17, 25-22 and 25-13 and were led by the hitting duo of Emma Rosonke and Louise Lion, who had 10 and 9 kills and hit .444 and .571, respectively.

Rosonke was also part of some strong net play, leading the Panthers with seven blocks.  Yoliann DeJesus-Tejedor had five.  Gabi Damiano led in digs with 12 and Jada Smith was right behind with 11.  Haley Forge served three aces.  Nuria Bravo Santos picked up 17 assists and Hanna Forge added 13.  

The Panthers look to make it two consecutive wins when they host Northeast (Neb.) CC on Wednesday night at Ditmer Gym.
