ECC Men Lose 2nd Straight Close One

West Burlington, Iowa -- Ellsworth CC went on the road for the third time in the first four contests of the season and the Panthers lost a battle with Southeastern CC, 67-62, Saturday aftertoon at Loren Walker Arena.

The Panthers dropped their 4th in a row despite 25 points from Adam Jackson, whose performance also included four 3-pointers and a team-best four assists.  Jackson has averaged 26.3 points a game in the first four.  Julian Landor added 18 points for ECC and Chase Smith scored nine on three 3s.  The Panthers also saw reserve Tony Alexander grab nine rebounds, seven off the offensive glass.

Ellsworth will welcome Marshalltown CC to the Dittmer Gym on Wednesday night.
