The Ellsworth Community College volleyball team traveled to Mason City on Sept. 26 to take on NIACC. The Panthers fell in three sets to the Trojans.

The first set ECC scored six points and fell 6-25. The second set the Panthers came back and made it a close 25-22 before falling in the third set 15-25. Jordynn Wesselink (Newton, IA) led the Panthers in kills with ten and Gigi Olivo (Vega Baja, Puerto Rico) led the team in digs with eight.

The Panthers will be on the road for their next match traveling to Pella, IA on Tuesday, Oct. 2 to play Graceland at 5 pm and Iowa Central at 6 pm.
