The Ellsworth Community College wrestling team hosted Iowa Western Wednesday, Nov. 29 and took the Reivers down 25-15.

ECC won four matches and had two forfeits for the night. Results included:

• 125 - Carter Cox (ECC) over John Cleristor (IWCC) (6-0)
• 133 - Hector Candelaria (ECC) received a forfeit
• 141 - Gad Huseman (IWCC) pinned Xavier Maxwell (ECC) 
• 149 - Cardeionte Wilson (ECC) over Thomas Lisher (IWCC) (9-6)
• 157 - Zach Garza (ECC) received a forfeit
• 165 - Pedro Medina (IWCC) over Khanden Howse (ECC) (6-5)
• 174 - Olen Brattin (IWCC) over Myron Crawford (ECC) (8-5)
• 184 - Jordan Shahrikian (ECC) over Tim Barr (IWCC) (2-1)
• 197- Ethan Poppe (IWCC) over Wilfried Kadohou (ECC) (8-4)
• 285 - Charles Griffin (ECC) over Jon Hamilton (IWCC) (13-4) 

The Panthers will travel to St. Charles, MO to compete in the Lindenwood University Open on Saturday, Nov. 17 starting at 9 am.
