Ellsworth Community College women's basketball team took home their second victory of the week with a 65-52 win over Central College JV. The Panthers went into half leading 36-25 and were able to hold their lead going up by as many as 18 points in the second half.

Central was held to just 35% shooting overall and 17% from the 3-point range.

All eleven Panthers saw action in the game and were led by Chantelle Rumph with 19 points and 4 assists. Other strong contributors for ECC included Ashley Gates with 16 points and 6 rebounds and Molly Greenfield with 12 points hitting four 3-pointers.

The team had seven players score in the game and also assisted on 20 of the 26 made baskets.

ECC will host Grand View JV on Saturday, December 6 at 3:00 pm to close out the first half of their season.
