The Ellsworth Community College women's basketball team will be holding a "red out" game on Wednesday, Feb. 19, when they play DMACC, to support the American Heart Association.
ECC will be selling red t-shirts to wear at the game for $10, with all funds being donated to the local American Heart Association for health care and heart attack prevention. Wrist bands will also be for sale for $2.
T-shirts and wrist bands can be purchased by calling ECC Head Coach Ed Geitz at 641-648-8689 or emailing Edward.Geitz@iavalley.edu. Payment can be dropped off at the Ellsworth campus at the Gentle Student Center; checks should be payable to Ellsworth Women's Basketball.
Along with the proceeds from the shirt and wrist band sales, a portion of the ticket sales will be donated to the American Heart Association. Please come out and support this great cause along with the Panther women's basketball team.
