Ellsworth Community College athletics added a new event to Homecoming Weekend this year – its first 2-year versus 4-year college and university shoot-out. ECC's Sports Shooting Club won runner up for the team event.
Contributing to the team's success, Macy Gein tied for first place in overall lady category, but missed the last target and ultimately secured runner up. Brie Pratt won third place in this same category with a five reverse run over a two reverse run by the Corridor Clay Crusher's Tayler Wolfs.
ECC's George Haefner won third place in the 2-year high men with a 90. Gein and Pratt won runner up and third place, respectively, in the 2-year high lady category.
