ECC Softball signs three for fall 2016

The Ellsworth Community College softball season is in full swing with 17 games already played, and the recruiting for next year's season has already started. ECC softball is proud to welcome three new signees to the Ellsworth family:

  • Brooke Myers of Dike-New Hartford. Myers is a short stop is hitting .322 with 5 doubles, 3 triples and 2 home runs.
  • Rebecca Harms of MFL Marmac. Harms is currently a catcher. She hit .350 her junior year with 27 RBIs. Her sister, Samantha Harms, also played for ECC.
  • Allyson VanderHart of Knoxville. VanderHart has the ability to play all over the field. She was originally an infielder but has the ability to impact ECC in any position.

"The ECC Softball program is very excited about their 2016-2017 signing class and we just added three more impact players," commented ECC Head Softball Coach and Athletic Director Nate Forsyth. This is just another huge step forward for the Softball Program."

All three players will be starting at ECC in the fall.
