Ashton Hoffman, a right-handed pitcher from Newton, IA, has signed her letter of intent to continue her academic and athletic career at Ellsworth Community College. 

Hoffman attends Newton High School, and has been a member of the Cardinals softball team for four years. All four years she earned All Academic honors and was a letter winner. She pitched 177 innings in 2013 with 53 strike-outs and an ERA of 3.20.

Ashton is the daughter of Robert and Amanda Hoffman.
