Panther men one point short

The Ellsworth Community College men's basketball team came up one point short to force overtime in their game against Little Priest Tribal College on Wednesday, Jan. 9. ECC went into half up one point, 35-34, and took a 70-69 loss to Little Priest.

Jamal Antoine led the Panthers in scoring with 12 points followed by Devontae Sims with 10 points. Antoine also led the team in assists along with Larrion Heard who each had six. Keaton Taylor came off the bench to lead the Panthers in rebounds with 9.

The Panthers will be on the road for their next game as they travel to Iowa Central Community College on Saturday, Jan. 12 with game time at 3 pm.
