The 2017 Ellsworth Community College basketball season has come to an end. The Iowa Community College Athletic Association (ICCAC) All-Region honors have been announced, and ECC is proud to have two men and three women honored.
Antoinette Williams was named 1st Team All-Region. Williams let the Panthers in scoring, averaging 14.2 points per game. She also added 3.9 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game. She ended the season with 11 consecutive games scoring in double figures.
Panthers Jahne Williams and Jade Brown were awarded 3rd Team All-Region honors. J. Williams averaged 10.6 points per game and 7.3 rebounds per game. Brown averaged 10.9 points per game and 6.8 rebounds per game and had 94 steals in the season.
Keeon Johnson has been awarded 2nd Team All-Region honors. Johnson averaged 14 points a game and shot 44% from three point range and 74% from the free throw line.
