Ellsworth Community College ECC Head Football Coach Jesse Montalto will be speaking at the The Capital of Iowa 2nd Annual Recruiting Seminar on Saturday, May 13.
The seminar is hosted by The Focus Up Foundation and will be held at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, 4800 Merle Hay Road, Des Moines, IA. There are two sessions held from 8:30 – 10:30 am and 12:30 – 2:30 pm. Montalto will be one of six speakers at the event, which is geared towards parents and student athletes who are interested in learning more about the recruiting process.
Montalto will be speaking about choosing the two-year path first over going to a four-year college out of high school. He will be presenting during both sessions.
This is the second year that Montalto has spoken at this event. "This is a great opportunity to talk about the ECC program and playing sports at a junior college," commented Montalto. He became involved in this event through friend and Fully Focused Sports & Fitness Executive Director of Operations, Samantha Stone. "I'm happy to help and this event was very well organized last year."
