The Ellsworth Community College football program continues to have success moving their student athletes from ECC on to the next level. Four more players from this year's squad will be transferring after graduating from ECC.

Sophomore offensive lineman, David Goldsby, of St. Louis, MO will be transferring to Division-I State University of New York at Buffalo. Goldsby received NJCAA Second Team All-American honors this season. 

Sophomore Panther safety, KeAaris Ardley, of Starke, FL has committed to play at FCS school Indiana State University. Ardley accumulated 77 tackles for the season (55 solo). He averaged 6.4 tackles per game and had four interceptions for the season.

Sophomore cornerback, Devin Brockington, of Daytona Beach, FL will be transferring to Indiana State as well. Brockington had 56 tackles for the year (37 solo). He averaged 4.7 tackles per game and also had one interception this season.

Sophomore wide receiver, Tad Steffensen, of Marshalltown, IA will be continuing his football and academic career at D-II Southwest Minnesota State University. Steffensen was injured this season but in his 2014 season at Ellsworth he had 33 receptions and averaged 49.8 yards per game receiving.

"I believe all four of these guys will succeed as players and as students while they move on to the next chapter of their life," said ECC Head Football Coach, Jesse Montalto. "They have each been a tremendous asset to our program, and I wish them the best of luck going forward."
